Hanover Township Sprint 2 Spring 5k 2025

Mark your calendars and get ready to Sprint 2 Spring for our 10TH ANNUAL EVENT!

This 5K run/walk is hosted by the Hanover Township Office of Community Health to promote healthy and active lifestyles in the community while raising money for the Hanover Township Foundation. All proceeds from this event will go to the Foundation, which helps residents experiencing financial hardship access quality health services.

5k participants who register by 4/7/25 will receive a performance-wear event T-shirt. After 4/7/25 T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed but will be given out while supplies last.

Start Time: 8:00am

Check-in: Begins at 6:30am

Event details and schedule

When: Saturday, May 3, 2025; 8AM Start

Where: Hanover Township Izaak Walton Youth Center; 899 Jay Street, Elgin, IL

Packet Pick Up: Packet pickup will include your race bib (timing chip), event t-shirt, event information, and any promotional giveaway items.

You may pick up on these two days:

Friday, May 2: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at the Hanover Township Izaak Walton Youth Center (899 Jay St, Elgin, IL).

OR

Same-Day Registration and Pre-registered Packet Pick-up is available from 6:30 am to 7:45 am on the morning of the race on Saturday, May 3.
